"Overall as always Pacific staff are friendly & accommodating but my guests said its hightime the bed foam/cushion should be replaced cause it has bumps already. Soft curtain shower should be put in the bathroom. Aircon has tugging noise in the room, but overall the place is a safe haven. "

"This was a stop on my tour of the Philippines. The area around the hotel is well maintained with common western merchants around like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and anytime fitness. Staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was nice and had a western serving style. The rooms had nice beds and pillows. The showers were hot and the AC was so cold I had to wake up and turn it down the first night. It was a happy surprise since some of most of these are missing from other hotels or airbnbs in this area. If you’re on the fence about this hotel vs an Airbnb don’t think twice and book this hotel for your stay!"
