"Clean & quiet with TV and aircon all working well. Requiring to use card access room floor gives security. Breakfast spread very good and delicious. Nice to have delicious dim sum. Different variety of coffee. Teh tarik is super sweet. Causeway Cafe needs to reduce the sugar level by a lot! Providing customers with the "Occupied" standees to put on their tables allow customers to be sure they did not lose their tables while they go and get their food. Staff service is polite and cheerful. The link to a big, modern and clean shopping mall with great variety of fantastic tenants is a big plus. "

"It was ok. Breakfast is basic. The room is clean but the toilet is a bit dim and doesnt dry up fast. Love love love the bed n the sofa. Linked to a haunted shopping mall but didnt have any paranormal experiences (thank God)"

"Hotel was so much fun! Great that the kids had bunk beds and the main bedroom was separate. Loved the themed rooms and the disco lift. Filtered drinking water in the rooms was good. Only issue is that laundry service was not available for the time we were there."
