"We stayed for two weeks and felt very sad to leave. The property was on a quiet block (bit of verbal noise from neighbour at the end of the garden but he went thankfully after a week). The villa is right next to the beach, a 5 minute walk, perfect for an evening stroll and to see the gorgeous sun set Skys. "Large spacious property, both inside and out. Comfortable beds, excellent aircon, nice outdoor area with table tennis table ! Quiet location, easy walk to small local beach (Kayak and SUP hire) but car required to venture further afield. Small supermarket in walking distance. On site social club serving food (burgers etc). Good location with lots to do within 20mins drive. Pula town just up the road with big supermarkets, shops and lots of restaurants."

"Ein geräumiges, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, aber super sauber! Umgeben von einem Garten mit Zaun und einem tollen, großen Swimmingpool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. In der Küche viele Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Ruhige Lage, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Strände nicht weit entfernt. Auto allerdings Pflicht! Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Die Kommunikation war super und immer sehr schnell. Der Check in mit Riccardo war auch sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft selbst ist nagelneue und hat alles was man braucht. Ein Wasserkocher fehlt zwar aber man hat ja eine Küche so dass ich das Wasser einfach aufkochen konnte. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 6-8 Min erreichbar, dieser ist wirklich sehr schön und vor allem sehr ruhig. Das hat uns am besten gefallen. In der Nebensaison ist der Supermarkt neben an zu. "Communication with Tore was easy and he was accommodating and kind. He left delicious local delicacies for us to try. House is fully air conditioned (except for one of the four BR) and yet AC is not always needed as Mosquito nets on windows allow for letting breeze in. Giovanni and Maria were very welcoming, the villa was perfect- it has everything you need; good shower, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, lovely garden with two areas to eat outside, car parking and a market within walking distance. "The villa was lovely and clean and a brilliant set-up for two adults and two children. Having two bathrooms was very welcome indeed. As shown in the phots, the pool and gardens are amazing and very well kept. We had one very windy day and Claudia organised a much needed non-scheduled pool clean afterwards which we all really appreciated. Claudia and Marco were really lovely.
