The Villa has direct access to the sea and the beach, immersed in a large private park within the Riviera dei Pini, bordering magical beaches (Baia di Chia, famous for the white sand dunes, for the transparency of the water and the play of lights on the seabed; Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Porto Zafferanu, Capo Teulada: its rocky spur is the southernmost point of the island and flows directly into the sea.
