Nice two-room apartment with large garden with green lawn and vegetation

The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom, suitable for a couple but also for a family of four, as in the living room there is a double sofa bed. The house is located about three kilometers from Pula near Is Molas golf club; central location that allows you to easily reach the beaches of Nora, Santa Margherita and Chia. The large green areas surrounding the house and the tranquility of the area a few days induce tourists to give up the beach and sunbathe in the garden, the outdoor shower is exceptional then !!!!

Relax puro, casa accogliente
La vacanza trascorsa ques'tanno è stata indimenticabile anche grazie all'ottima sistemazione. L'host è super disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta, dai luoghi dove mangiare alle spiagge da visitare ma anche per eventuali piccole esigenze tecniche, così come anche la Signora Lia è una gentilissima ospite e dolcissima con i bambini. La casa ha tutto il necessario e anche di più (non è stato necessario accendere il condizionatore), gli spazi esterni sono resi molto accoglienti e la doccia esterna sempre apprezzata. Il giardino super curato è un ottimo posto dove poter leggere in pace all'ombra oppure per prendere l'ultimo sole prima della sera. Il tutto in un contesto di campagna ma a due minuti dal centro di Pula che offre tutte i servizi necessari. Per non parlare poi delle magnifiche spiagge dove poter andare. La Sardegna non delude mai. Non esiteremmo a tornare a Is Molas dal Signor Cambarau in futuro, che ringraziamo ancora per tutto. Benedetta, Stefano, Paolo e Marco da Roma (agosto 2016)

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Wohnung
Wir waren Anfang November als Pärchen in der Ferienwohnung. Diese ist mit viel Stil und neuen Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ohne Mängel. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was gebraucht wird. Der Garten welcher uneingeschränkt benutzt werden kann, ist sehr gepflegt und vor allem sehr ruhig. Auf der Terasse kann man in der Sonne frühstücken. Zudem ist ein Grill vorhanden. Die Vermieter (ein sehr nettes Ehepaar) sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Falls man etwas braucht helfen Sie gerne. Wir wurden sogar mit Begrüßungscafe und Keksen empfangen. Der Aufenthalt war super schön und für einen Urlaub zum ausruhen und entspannen genau richtig. Die schönen Strände der Südküste, die Provinzhauptstadt sowie das bergige Hinterland sind für Tagestripps mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns bei dem Vermieter für die tolle Zeit und kommen sicher wieder. Viele Grüße Rosa & Andy

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Pula
Wir waren im September 2012 für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden äußerst herzlich von den Vermietern, die im selben Haus wohnen, empfangen. Sie zeigten uns, wo sich der Supermarkt, der Strand und gute Restaurants befinden und waren stets sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Veranda und der Garten sind wunderschön und groß. Die Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung war toll, vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

"L''appartamento è al pia...
"L''appartamento è al piano terra di una splendida villa nella quale vivono i proprietari e risulta piacevolmente fresco e ben orientato rispetto al sole mattutino. L''arredamento è di pregio, nuovissimo e molto funzionale, c''è tutto il necessario per cucinare comodamente (forno,frigorifero full size, etc); la veranda è molto vivibile e dà su un prato immerso nella campagna sarda,deliziosamente ombreggiato da due piccoli ulivi, una vera meraviglia che ci ha fatto talvolta scegliere di trascurare la spiaggia per goderci un riposante momento di bucolica lettura. La posizione della casa è non a ridosso del mare ma leggermente sopraelevata, ottima la frescura serale e l''assoluto silenzio, davvero un pregio inestimabile che rimpiangerete a lungo. Comunque in 5 minuti di auto si raggiungono le piacevoli spiagge di Pula e in 15-20 minuti si può godere delle superlative baie di Chia. Un aspetto non secondario riveste la straordinaria simpatia e cordialità della famiglia che ci ha ospitati, facendoci sentire degli amici in visita e non dei turisti affittuari. Fin dal primo giorno ci ha accolto con ospitalità d''altri tempi, calda, sincera e mai invadente. Un caro saluto al Signor Remigio e alla sua gentile Signora, torneremo a trovarli con grande piacere! "L'appartamento e' molto ...
"L'appartamento e' molto bello, nuovo. In campagna, non vicinissimo al mare ma in una posizione tranquilla immerso nel totale silenzio. Comodo comunque per raggiungere le diverse spiaggie e non distante dalla cittadina di Pula che offre numerosi servizi. I padroni di casa sono "eccellenti", molto disponibili e cordiali. Assolutamente consigliato."
