Pretty villa, recently restored, a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of Pinus Village.

Francesca's house offers all the comforts for guests, with an independent entrance and a small pergola where you will find the outdoor shower, a barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and the laundry area; Going up the stairs you enter the house: a fully equipped kitchen with a small veranda, a large living area with sofas (convertible into beds), TV and table and chairs, two bathrooms with shower, a large double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. The beach it can be reached with a 5-minute walk, while in 3 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of Chia. As for the markets and restaurants, they are 3 to 5 minutes away by car.
