New modern villa with unique sea view

The Villa Remi offers 2 jacuzzis to use, one located on the 2nd floor of the house and the other in the courtyard by the pool. The pool is 40 m2 and there are 8 deck chairs. The garden is fully fenced so parking spaces are safe and guests can enjoy complete privacy. On the terrace, there is a gas grill, table and 10 chairs.
Spacious living room with fireplace and TV, billiards, fully equipped kitchen, and dining table for 10 people are located on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor of the house, there is an indoor wellness area with a sauna and an exercise room. From this floor of the house is provided the most beautiful view of the sea and nature park Kamenjak, which is located near the villa.
