The ladder fell and almost hit one of the kids who was sleeping in the double bed. Because it’s a sleep out, all of the beds should be a series of bunk beds instead of the two double and queen beds. "Although this property is within easy access to the beach and the river we found the bedrooms lacked storage space, the outdoor furniture was very difficult to manage as it is heavy, unstable and hard to move. Being able to spend as much time as possible outside is important for a family. We used the bar b que and found only 2 burners worked. "The Lookout was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved the location, and the view over the ocean was pure magic. The property was secluded and it had everything we needed. Cleanliness could have been slightly better but this didnt hinder our stay. We would definitely come back!"

If the owners pay Bachcare to look after this property, Bachcare should be ashamed of themselves. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights, 4 people. An empty soap dispenser in the bathroom. Superficially clean, but don't look under the chairs, or in the drawers and cupboards. Sticky dust around the tv, and on top of the washing machine. Stuff lying around randomly in drawers. It really needs a good scrub all over, including the windows...
