"It is a very good experience overall. The hotel is located in the city's center, yet it offers secure parking. The property is newly renovated, and clean. It has a unusualy large bathroom and a separate WC, and good soundproof (from street noice) and effective AC. The bed is comfortable, too. Mathias at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Côte Spa je n'ai profité que de sauna hammam ultra équipé pour gommage de peau. Produit Sothys au top."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great -- about as central as you could get. The staff members were friendly, and the building was charming. We really enjoyed our room, which was large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated, but we didn't mind. We'd recommend staying here!"

"The checkin was ok but since I was 1.5h early I could not enter the room and storing my luggage was 4eur so they told me I could have lunch in the meantime. So I did but after ordering they told me I should move to another area because there was an event starting. So I did and then a big group of people did check in so o asked and they checked me in. If they had a chaotic afternoon they could have checked me earlier. The elevator wasn't working well and was being repaired. Other than that, the stay was great. The hotel is very nicely designed, a hybrid between hostel and hotel. The room was small but cozy. The bathroom was clean but didn't offer small towels. You can manage with the big ones. No hair dryer or iron, but it's a budget hotel so it's ok. It's close to the station. Staff was nice. Did not charge me with leaving my luggage after the checkout. I would come back!"

"Lovely 3 star! Stone throw from Gare St Roch if train arriving from Carcassonne platform!! Or 2 min walk from main staion!! We were well suprised that hotel was attached to a 5 star property (linking corridor)and you could enjoy the facilites of fab cocktail bar) etc Room decent size. Bathrooom nice, Kettle/coffee etc (No fridge) 10 mins walk to Main Place Comedie( Trams from hotel everywhere!) Great place!!"
