"The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm! "

"Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. "Lovely quiet location, A perfect antidote to the crowds. Tomeu very welcoming with some lovely oranges and lemons from his farm, Coming from the Cotswolds we know all about sheep (!) but these were particularly charming with their bells and friendly manner, loved watching them especially during feeding time. "We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. "We had a wonderful stay high up in the mountains . The place is very spacious and looks even better that in the photos. It is a 30 min ride on a very narrow, curvy, steep road with the occasional vehicle coming from the other direction, not for the faint of heart. We did not leave the mountain only every other day, not only because of the drive but also because it is so peaceful and relaxing to just stay there, certainly compared to the rest of the island. "Das Haus ist schön groß und der Garten riesig, aber sehr ungepflegt. Leider wurde die Dachterrasse und der Pool erst am 2./3. Tag nur halbherzig gereinigt (Schade, wenn msn nur 5 Tage da ist. Dabei ist es dort wunderschön. Insgesamt würde dem Haus weniger Plastikblumen, bunte Solarlichter und Duftstäbe gut tun. Zu viel… Wir haben als drei Freundinnen die Zeit dort trotzdem sehr genossen, weil man ungestört eine entspannte Zeit verbringen konnte und von dort tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen...

"The cottage was beautiful and simple. Exactly what we were looking for. The views were spectacular. The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. We loved it and would rent again!"

"We’re lucky enough to travel quite extensively, and we find ourselves back at this delightful Casita for the fourth time. In itself that should be recommendation enough, but in summary the combination of location (both the casita and Sòller) and charming and welcoming hosts make this a repeat for us. There is also the most delightful cat who attends - she seems to get more affectionate by the year and yearns for the attention!"

All well maintained and very clean. Pool was cleaned every morning before we were all up !! Owners were very discrete but popped in occasionally to gift us with fresh vegetables and figs grown on their land - lovely touch! Would revisit and highly recommend........"

"Loved our holiday in this gorgeous villa! The views are stunning!!! Everything you need inside the villa itself. There is also a twin bedroom which isn't pictured so it actually sleeps 6 although twin is small. Would also recommend a smaller car to get up the narrow lane off the main road as it is not easy in a big car. Fornalutx itself is lovely and lots more to see nearby. Would love to come back one day!"
