"It was nice to have the studio apartment & the option of laundry. Quick glance all looks well. The bedding had a “sour” smell like the sheets were left in the washing machine for days then dried. The towels were fine, no bad odour. The front load washing machine was wet & damp upon opening it. After wiping it clean & leaving the door open for a day, it was better. Front load washing machines will always breed mold & bacteria if left closed after a wash is completed & not allowed to air...

"Simple accommodations in a great location. We loved being so close to the Valencia Silk Exchange and the cathedral. Valencia is a wonderful city and we look forward to visiting again. The apartment was comfortable, and we were glad to be able to wash our clothes! The staff was very helpful and brought over a laundry detergent pod so we didn't have to go out and buy a whole lot more than we needed. "

"We liked that the apartment is undergoing major renovations and they are doing a fairly good job about it, but the furnishings need updating as well. The kitchen is well appointed, although we did not use it. The location makes it suitable to visit anywhere on foot; restaurants, the beautiful botanic garden, and even the train station is reachable by walking, unless one is laden with excessive luggage. "Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased."
