"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. "The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Every employee on site would make eye contact and greet you every time they saw you, in a very genuine way. We just felt very welcomed and cared for. The easy walk to the beautiful beach, with Sun loungers and umbrellas assigned by room, so you never had to search for a chair - amazing!!"

"My stay was horrible. I did not know that there was no air conditioning. I tried to speak to the management to allow us to cancel part of the stay and move to another hotel. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the rooms were very dirty. "
