Comfortable and cozy apartment (2D2B), fully equipped to enjoy the South, whether on a business or rest trip. Located on the 5th (last) floor, just two blocks from the waterfront and the lake. Main room with a Cannon Silence king size bed and 55” SmartTV, second room with two single beds, both with feather duvets. It has central heating, terrace with gas grill, loggia with washer/dryer and covered parking.
