Hostal Casa Florencia

2.0 star property
4.8 out of 10, (6)
"Horrid horrid room. Owners above were extremely loud until midnight most nights. Busy road right outside. Very loud music going on until 4am on NYE, right below the room. No staff entered the room the whole 4 days I was there & I had to ask for more toilet paper & for the tiny bin of used toilet paper to be emptied. Not even a mirror in the room. If you don't speak Spanish, be prepared to use your translator the whole time. Could not wait to leave."

"Amazing showers!!!! So much hot water. Beds were super comfy with lots of blankets for the cold nights. Kitchen was well equipped and common areas well kept. Didn’t use the climbing wall but looked awesome. Good area almost out of town but like a 20 minute was to the main area. 10 minute walk to the grocery store. Bathrooms could have been cleaned more often but were still in great shape (I’m just ocd about bathrooms). Owner is super nice and friendly and people were cool. Would definitely stay...

"There was a problem with our reservation and we appreciated that the staff did their best to resolve the issue in a fair way. This was a clean and nice hostel in a great location (and free safe parking). We would recommend!"

"they charge outrageous for the transfer, there are just as good and 1/3 of the price option. breakfast was just ok, edible, having it for day or two is ok. I was treated rudely by the young transient woman working there. common courtesy was lacking when I asked if I can take a shower before I catch my flight at night, first the owner said, yes then he changed his mind and asked for money to take shower. You are using the common bathroom to take a shower and not the one attached to rooms."

"Great stay in the middle of the forest. We stayed on a cabin the first night and in a dome the second night and really enjoyed it. The accomodation was clean, quiet and overall great to relax and connect with natute. The hotel prepared for us a tinaja-grrat experimve taking bath under the stars. We also enjoyed massage that is available by request. "
