Waterfront Paraiso

This stunning location on the south shore of Puerto Vallarta sits upon Punta Negra beach. This is Vallarta's finest beach, crystal blue waters and soft sands. Views galore from your unit and deck overlooking palm trees, shore and water.
We are located at Punta Torres Vallarta and are on the 4th floor with easy access to bridge, parking, and elevator. This condo is quiet, the beach is quiet. You will have no trouble with lounge chairs or your selection of beach area.
It's a 1 level condo, 1400 square feet. Each of the 2 bedrooms have an on suite with its own full bath. Each has a king bed. There is a closet to hang clothing items as well as shelves to unpack some smaller items.
The living room is spacious with a couch that folds down flat for an additional bed. And on the bottom, it has a pull out for a small child to sleep on as well. There is a high definition TV there as well as the master bedroom with ocean views.
The deck has room for seating at both ends so you can find shade or sun. Either way. And the most amazing sunsets you would dream of!
The dining table has room for four and views of all the oceanfront and palm trees as well. The kitchen has a full fridge freezer, gas stove with 6 burners, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender. All the essentials.
Washer and dryer are in the back of the unit as well as space for extra storage.
