The space
Located in the brand new, prestigious and luxurious Signature by Pinnacle development, this beautiful unit overlooks the Ocean, Los Muertos Beach and Los Muertos Pier, in the heart of the Romantic Zone, Old Town of Puerto Vallarta.

Situated just above Olas Altas Street, Signature by Pinnacle is only 2 minutes away from many amazing restaurants and bars, fabulous galleries, boutiques and memorable nightclubs.

The complex is gated with around-the-clock security. It offers a spectacular patio, infinity pool with swim-up bar. As well, there is a fully equipped gym which is available free of charge to all guests. There is also an on-site spa with manicure, pedicure and massage services available.

Condo is located above the infinity pool, facing west to the sea. It affords unobstructed views of Banderas Bay, including Los Arcos Rocks and fabulous Puerto Vallarta sunsets.

This luxurious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, air conditioned condominium includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cook-top, microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator plus all common electric appliances, pots and pans, glassware, and kitchen utensils. The counter top is granite and comes with 2 bar stools. There is a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron next to the bathroom.

The outdoor patio has a dining area with BBQ and seating area which offers the breath-taking views and sunsets of Puerto Vallarta.

The bedroom includes a King size bed, a window to the terrace, closet and drawer space, a large safe, an alarm clock, air conditioning, ceiling fan, linens and towels, including Beach towels.

The living room has a Sofa bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, SmartTV and folding dividers for privacy.

One weekly housekeeping service is included during your stay. Airport pick and concierge services available.

Almost Perfect
The view alone and size of the balcony is a good enough reason to stay here. It is very close to the beach and in the heart of the best part of the Zona Romántica. It is clean and updated. The kitchen is functional. There is a washer and dryer and that’s a plus. The property is fairly secluded and away from the crowds for being in the heart of the zone. The pool is beautiful but it doesn’t get full sun until later in the day. It is almost perfect. So what would make it perfect? A newer bed. The bed is a king but it is old and very soft. So a new firmer mattress would be awesome. It also wouldn’t hurt to have better sheets that weren’t 100% polyester. Also, the apartment could use some plants and decor. But for us these were small things that would not prevent me from staying here again. They would just make the place perfect. But overall, I would not hesitate booking this apartment. You won’t be sorry.

The views from the balcony were stunning. The weather wasn’t very good during our stay. A lot of clouds and some rain but we managed to take in a couple of sunsets from the balcony. The unit is well furnished. It could benefit from some local art as there is nothing but TV’s on the walls. Aside from that, everything was great!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything about the place was great. Casa Hill was a great host with good communication and very friendly service from Eli, who greeted me, and the rest of their team. Not a single complaint and will definitely be back and rent from Casa Hill elsewhere in the future.

Amazing View - Perfect Romantic Zone Location!
We typically book with Pinnacle directly, so this was a first for us - booking with a private owner through VRBO. This unit is well maintained like the other units on site. Well appointed with everything you could possibly need. I loved working from the balcony each morning! The Pinnacle properties are in the perfect spot to get to all of the things we love in the Romantic Zone. We’ll be back, for sure!

In one word…Perfecto!
Completely and thoroughly enjoyed my 9 days at this property. Beautiful condo, gorgeous building, and amazing location. The view from the expensive wraparound terrace of this unit is nothing short of breathtaking. The washer / dryer was an added bonus as my trip as I’d extended my trip. For those who like to binge watch some TV, perhaps while “recovering” from the night before there’s a huge Sony Smart TV with every streaming service available including AppleTV, but no live / satellite for US programming. Without any doubt, I’d definitely stay here again and again. Thanks so much!!
