Terrific condo for visit
Well-located condo in a great section of Zona Romántica. Property is immaculate and well equipped, with a beautiful rooftop infinity pool and nice gym. Have stayed multiple times - highly recommend!

Great location!
Wonderful location! Lovely accommodations, comfortable, beautiful views of ocean, sunsets, and nightly fireworks display. Roof top pool is the best! Many restaurants in walking distance, as well as a few blocks from beach action.

Perfect get-away
My husband and I were eager to get back to Puerto Vallarta and wanted to stay in town. We loved the location and the quick walk to everything we enjoy. The condo was practically brand new, super-clean with a helpful staff. Loved evenings on the balcony enjoying the PV skyline and the warm ocean breezes.

Great location , very quiet for sleeping at night. The rooftop pool is quite amazing and all the staff were very accommodating. Great Place To Stay In Puerto Vallarta
The building is new and the unit has all modern amenities done in great style. The rooftop swimming pool and hangout area has amazing views of the PV skyline and ocean. The really cool part about this place is that it is right smack in the cool part of the old section of PV that has a ton of great restaurants. The beach is a hop, skip and a jump away too. Absolutely Loved this Condo
The condo is incredible, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owner and property manager was always great when i had questions. The best part of this building is the rooftop pool and bar, at the end of the day you head up for happy hour looking over the bay waiting for the Humpback whales to breach the water. The beds are very comfortable. I wish i had booked a longer visit. Thank You Norm

Lovely View and Area
We totally enjoyed our 2 1/2 weeks at 220 Pinnacle. The rooftop pool and bar is really great. The condo is well done but when at the condo we were on the deck most of the time. It is a great view and vibe. Security is very nice. Most days we would pack a beach bag, take the funicular down and walk a short 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. There are multiple beach clubs that take great care of you. It's a great area and an inexpensive coffee shop is steps outside the front door. Norm was so on the ball with communication. Thanks for a great holiday.

Simply Amazing!
From the minute I booked this property … I had a five-star experience! Norm. The owner was so helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. Sebastian, my concierge was just terrific during my check in and check out. And everything in between it was truly one of the best rentals I have experienced. Unexpected Gem
Communication with Norm (owner) and Pablo (PVRPV Vacation Expert) was uncomplicated and seamless. It was an introduction to a condo that was in a great spot with easy access to the entire town of Zona Romantica as well as Los Muertos beach. We were unaware of the impact Easter Week would have on the town - lots of busy restaurants, music, and great people-watching. It was a pleasure to go back to a condo on a very quiet street with a beautiful view of the town. The rooftop pool, bar, and its view were icing on the cake (as well as the washer/dryer)!

Beautiful view
This property was amazing. It had great views of the sunset and the Puerto vallarta coast line. The owner Norm, could not have been more helpful. He responded immediately and gave great recommendations for dining, beaches and activities! The rooftop bar was very nice. They could add some more lounge chairs. The air conditioning in the property works very well and the room was always nice and cool. There is only a cleaning service every seven days for the property but there was plenty of towels provided. There is a washer and dryer dryer for any laundry.

Oh, the stairs!
This is a lovely condo, nicely appointed, with a beautiful view. However, the property is (as stated) 2 blocks from the beach, but those two blocks include stairways with more than 100 steps. There is a funicular, but it does not run 24 hours. The other thing you need to know is that the building requires pool users to wear a plastic bracelet (provided by the management company). We put ours on the first day, then discovered that once you put them on they do not come off! And we were staying for 3 weeks! We ultimately decided to cut them off and forego using the pool.

Roof top pool area is awesome!
Pablo the property manager texted me upon my arrival, met us at the condo, gave us an overview of place and was overall very helpful. We later had a couple of plumbing issues which he was quick to attend to! The condo is in a good location for getting to the beaches and restaurants but you will have to walk up / down some hills to get there but that's just the way PV is laid out. Beautiful views of the ocean but there is construction of a new high rise that partially blocks the view but again that's the progress happening all around PV.. Certainly the "gem" of this property is the rooftop pool, bar and lounge area. We've stayed at other Pinnacle properties and while this condo is a bit smaller than those...whose in the room when you can be in a roof top infinity pool with 180 degree views of the PV bay!

Amazing Condo
The condo was great! Pros: Great location at top of hill in Romantic Zone about 5 minutes' walk down to the beach and a ton of great restaurants and bars, great view of the ocean (looking west down the street and better looking north), loved being at the treetop level as it felt like being in a treehouse, owner Norm and management company in PV were super responsive, the deck is huge, rooftop pool and bar were great, beds were super comfortable (I have a bad back), very safe. Cons: Wristband required to wear at all times which was a bit annoying but we cut ours and then taped together on the days we spent up at the pool and for coming and going in the lobby, hard to find a reclining lounge chair near the pool as they were usually all taken by 10am (extra chairs around the perimeter below the pool). Lots of steps up and down but I see that as a positive to get some exercise but there is a trolley if you don't like stairs. We would definitely stay again as the place was amazing and a good value in my opinion.
