The setting and location and quality of the resort is very good. The room was typical older mexican style but very clean, functional with good a/c. The grounds were beautifuly kept with a manucured botanical garden that I enjoyed everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to say thank you to Carlos for all his help. He was the best!

Nice gated hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops around it. It was nice to be able to park our car onsite. The garden and pool area was our favorite part along with the in house breakfast restaurant. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. The one area of improvement would be the bathroom felt old and dark which created the illusion of it not being clean or tidy. Nothing that would stop us from staying here again. Overall it was a nice stay.

We have been using this hotel for many years as we have two dogs. They are very dog friendly with a nice dog park to walk your dog in and have them go to the bathroom. The rooms are very clean mattresses Excellent, Internet excellent with a very friendly and helpful workers.
