Could have been a beautiful stay if the place had wifi, hot water, reliable electricity and door locks that functioned. The apartment was brand new, but nothing worked. The first day no wifi, tried again the second day, and gave up on wifi by the third day, after many waiters and the tech guy tried unsuccessfully to get it working. The hot water didn't work on the second day. It mysteriously started working again on the third day. The electricity went out at 8pm one night, and no one was available to help with getting it back on until the next day. The waiters in the restaurant downstairs tried, but no luck until the engineer was in. And, the electronic door locks kept malfunctioning, to the point that the kind housekeeper eventually just gave me her set of keys which included the master keys to multiple locks, including a car key, and made me promise not to lose them (kind of cute actually). So, although the apartment was beautiful, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was a bit like camping with a really comfortable bed. For the price, find someplace with reliable services. As an aside, these are the apartments on the third and fourth floor above the Andales restaurant (don't eat there) on Olas Altas. In contrast, I have stayed at their other property two blocks south and had a much better experience (nice units and everything worked). Also, there was a swimming pool in the pics, but no pool on the property--weird--fortunately the ocean was only two blocks away.
