This was our second VRBO experience during our vacation in PV, and the initial property had set a high standard. The agency managing the rental contacted us just 24 hours before check-in, to give instructions via phone instead of the VRBO app, which raised initial concerns. They offered two check-in times, but instead I requested a self check-in. The agent was to get that approved and promised to call back, however she failed to do so. On the check-in day, I reached out to the host for instructions, only to be redirected back to the agency. The agency's response was deemed unprofessional, as they expressed frustration at me for contacting the host. While I would suggest this property for those seeking a spacious accommodation at a reasonable rate, my family would have preferred a location closer to the beach.
