Concha’s chinas villa w/ spectacular views ocean and jungle

4,800 sq ft villa, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a bonus king-sized bed with a net as well as 2 sleeper sofas. With lots of space to entertain, you can enjoy the large, deep private pool and patio with grill and dining area! Open concept living room with a 58'smart TV (netflix, HBOmax and disney+ included) and sound bar, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also an extra sleeper sofa with trundle! Upstairs is a separate dining area/coffee bar with a mini fridge. Enjoy ocean and jungle views from every room of the house. However, the best view is from the rooftop terrace equipped with a seating area, king-sized bed with mosquito net and a half bath. The backyard is fully fenced in, and we are pet friendly! You and your family are sure to feel comfortable and relaxed when you vacation here!
Housekeeping 4 days a week, cook available on request at additional fee. Concierge available upon request for an additional fee.

We stayed for a week with our teenagers and friends. The house was wonderful. The views are amazing and can’t be beat. The cleaning lady that came was lovely. We did try to reach out and ask about the upstairs toilet that was out of order to see if it could be fixed but never heard back from the manager. One couple was sleeping upstairs in the outside bedroom and having that bathroom would have been a game changer (not having to ask to use one of the others in someone’s bedroom). Other than that it was awesome. We would stay again.

Cozy and relaxing with an amazing view!
The check in process was very smooth, the house is beautiful and cozy! Very well equipped and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The views are phenomenal and the neighborhood is very friendly. We look forward to staying here again!
