Due to the increasing fees from VRBO (including CC fees), we have had to change to a single payment. Sorry for any confusion or for the impact as we try to manage the increasing fees from VRBO.
Located walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars (5+ min) and beaches (~20 min) in Old Town.
All guests (Casa and Casita) will have access to the rooftop terrace and Rooftop Pool. The views of the bay and the Zona Romantica are very relaxing.
Casita Madina is in Alta Vista in a quiet, residential Mexican neighborhood. Located at the top of a hill (which gives us great views, but does require walking up some hilly roads or a long set of stairs - or a taxi), there is little traffic. The neighbors are very friendly and some speak English.
Some neighbors have dogs, who love to come visit at Casita Madina. Please don't let them in, but also please be friendly. They are all friendly dogs and help watch out for the house.
There are also several stray cats in the neighborhood, many of whom like to sunbathe on our rooftop terrace. We have citronella spray to help keep them away. You can spray it anywhere the cats gather and they should stay away.
