5-minute walk to both the beach, as well as a plethora of trendy restaurants in the nearby Versailles neighborhood. The local supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and 10 minutes by bus to Zona Romantica. The property has 24-hour security. The pool is a nice and quiet oasis with plenty of shade. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you could want for your culinary needs. There are mini-split A/Cs in each room. You don't need a car, but if you do, there is free parking underground.
