"The front desk staff was super friendly and we were able to check in with no problems. The room was basic yet comfortable. The hotel was located in a very natural setting and you felt you were among nature. Not for the parts I did not like. He said he would check on that, but we never got an answer. We got in the pool, which looked beautiful, but soon realized it was very dirty and full of bugs.
