El pago que se realizó no fue compensado por el rango de cobertura que recibimos con el brazalete VIP AZUL que nos colocaron.El servicio fue muy limitado, prácticamente nos ofrecieron el mismo servicio que una categoría general, económica.En la mayoría de áreas VIP no teníamos cobertura

Beautiful Resort misleading in the description the blue bracelet does not give you access like a gold bracelet would otherwise host was polite in an attentive they tried to explain to me they just changed the color to Blue but I am also a owner there and they did not change it to Blue gold bracelets give you more options and amenities

There was no holiday when we arrived, it had been changed by a lifestyle member to VIP, we had room only and unless we paid 5,445 dollars for food we couldnt stay. Be aware of lifestyle holidays they will scam you, we lost all our money and holiday.

Es una estafa total compra un paquete con todo incluido y resulta k solo compra la habitación y cuando quire usarla no tiene acceso si no compra el todo incluido y nadie te explica eso después tiene k hablar con un supuesto dueño de la propiedad k esta en un país que su idioma principal es el español y el propietario solo habla inglés un desastre total al final te viene costando el hotel mas caro del mundo y ni hablar de jetblue mas de 4 hora de retraso
