"Initially we were told that the pool was heated then we couldn’t use it bc it was dirty, then we just couldn’t use it bc they couldn’t fix it then it was never heated. That’s fine. I was told there was a heater day one and we never found it and they had no blankets just a throw in two rooms. Then I was told they had no heat we were freezing to the point I got sick. We had to buy blankets bc it was too late to cancel and get a new room. Besides the house being nice that’s the only good otherwise...

"It was not terrible, Just some dumping from construction. We overall liked Hotel Baja and the staff was great and very responsive. The room was a little small, but it was clean and a great location. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The condo was exactly as described, clean well equipped with an amazing location and view of the sea of Cortez. All the amenities were top-notch. Walks on the beach shopping and restaurants are close. We had a very enjoyable time and would highly recommend this condo and our host Steve."

Princesa Resort Puerto Penasco - Ground Floor Beachfront - Steps from Heated Pool

Great location steps from the pool and beach

"An easy arrival and departure with all the listed amenities, zero stress and great location on the first floor. We loved it and would seek it out again. We drove, which made it easy to go to other parts of the city— only note as it is about a 10-20 minute drive to other popular locations. You could also very well not leave the site at all and have everything you need. "

Luxurious Ocean View 2 BR Condo w/ Bunk Bedroom @ Las Palomas, Rockypoint

Beautiful beach condo

"First time checking in off property, the process was very quick and easy and they had awesome communication the whole time! We had one small hiccup where the condo above us was leaking water pretty significantly on to our patio, someone was to us in less than 10 mins!! The house itself was extremely clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this condo! "

Sonoran Sun SW 110 Spectacular Ground Floor Ocean Front Condo

Absolutely stunning

"We would 100% stay here again. Everything was impeccably clean, the service at the on site restaurant and bar was great and the views are stunning. The beach itself is a little rocky directly in front of the resort, so make sure to pack water shoes! "
