This beach house is known as the "Grande Villa". This 4 bedroom 3 bath is massive! The "Grande" sleeps 16 and is located on the gorgeous Sea of Cortez in wonderful Puerto Penasco! It has been updated and is under new ownership. Just steps from beautiful Sandy Beach! The living area has all new furnishings including enough seating for everyone in the house. Entertain family and friends with a new 75-inch 4k smart TV with Netflix. Feel the energy with the brand-new high-watt Bluetooth stereo system! A dedicated high-speed internet is available in this Villa. The kitchen has all new appliances and is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. Once your meal is ready take a seat at the solid wood table or grab a seat at the bar.

There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All bedrooms come with flat-screen TVs and comfortable mattresses to make sure everyone gets a good night's sleep. This was the best week ever! Villa 10 was awesome especially for little kids being so close to the slides. The size of the Villa was perfect for two families of six. It was clean, had great appliances and very comfortable! We’ll be going back!

We stayed for 3 nights and we loved every minute of it! The house was palatial and so comfortable. The beach was right there in easy reach. And quiet. We basically had it to ourselves, maybe because we came out of season? Anyway, it was incredible. My only tiny quibble was the lack of coffee available in the villa itself. And we found some in the convenience store in the neighboring resort
