This condo has new stainless steel appliances and a fully supplied kitchen with spices, crock pot, all minor and major appliances. You will have your own washer and dryer in the condo.

Ocean front balcony, heated pool and swim up bar, conv story, gym, tennis court.

We supply extras like beach chairs, a safe, games, cards, puzzles and much more. This condo has a water filtration so no bottled water needed. This condo NO longer provides beach towels due to constant replacement. The Resort has a Gym, tennis court, rest, bar, swim up bar and this condo looks right out over the beach and ocean.

Loved how close it was to the beach and on the second floor made it easy to get to and from the pool area. One of the pools was heated which was very nice. The condo had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the patio area. Condo was very clean and stocked with all essentials and always a plus to have a washer/dryer.

Such a cute little condo, very well kept and nicely furnished. She had an entire closet full of beach towels, sand toys, umbrella, and beach chairs! What an absolute find!

My wife and I really loved the place. The place was clean, cozy, and the resort was really nice too. We loved the pool and the close proximity from the room to the beach was a plus. Any more than two guest could make the place feel cramped. We would most definitely stay again. A+++

Location is great! It was nice to not always have to use the elevator. It’s decorated very cute, and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable, however, the couch not so much. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the room is great, very easy to get to and from. The view is great. Cristi was very responsive to questions. I took my Tesla from Phoenix and was able to charge it up no problem. The only small thing was the shower didn't have hot water. Otherwise I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely stay in this condo again. Oh and the patio furniture is way better than most, so relaxing!

Excellent condo!
We had an amazing stay here. The condo was so beautiful and very cute. We loved all the special touches that Cristi has put into this beautiful condo. We stayed right before Christmas and Cristi had the most beautiful Christmas tree decorated and that was such a nice touch. The condo had everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable as well. We loved the location and it was very easy to get to the pool and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be going back again. Cristi was so easy to work with and was always available if we had a question. You will not be disappointed with this amazing Condo!!!

Great Unit Location & View!
First time to Rocky point and this unit is decorated very nice (have stayed in timeshares before), in great condition, excellent location on the property and steps from the beach, pools, spas, convenience store, restaurant and cantina. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We have plans to go back and this is the unit and resort located on Sandy Beach. Cristi was on top of everything as far as information about the unit as well as Rocky Point. We only ate at the restaurant on the property once but the food was very good, reasonably priced and the manager (Armando, sp?) was an excellent host. The property is on the smaller side which for us was great; you don't have to pack a lunch to get to the beach and sitting on the balcony the ocean is right on top of you and you can hear the waves crashing. Just got back a few hours ago and we can't wait to go back......

Really nice comfortable condo
The property was clean and comfortable. Another reviewer commented that the couch was not comfortable. We found them very comfortable. The couch had a throw on though that didn’t work at all. It slipped around on the leather(pleather) fabric. And trying to straighten or fix was a waste of time. My husband used the ATM for US funds and they kept 10% + $2.50 fee. The machine didn’t warn about this fee. He had to compare the receipt to the cash returned to the actual funds taken from the bank! He complained at the office but they said they could not do anything. They certainly could put a sign on it and warn the renters of this. That was the only negative for us. I would rent again.
