The beautiful Rocky Point Villa is within the upscale resort of Bella Sirena offers the best of everything. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, spacious living areas, sweeping views, Jacuzzi in the back lawn, and a great private yard to relax and enjoy. It even has a secure private 2 car garage.

The front master suite walks out to the patio and private Jacuzzi. It has a comfortable King sized bed, comes equipped with flat screen TV, and is beautifully decorated.

Accessible and beautiful
It was the perfect amount of room for me and my guests and the management at the resort was awesome. The only thing was our host was a little slow to get back to me when getting into the villa but we figured it out so it was okay. Everything about the villa was perfect but the beach the property was on was really rocky. I would definitely stay here again for a relaxing weekend with friends.

Communication was fast and easy. Heidi was extremely responsive to a couple questions we had while at the Villa. Villa was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Hreat to have all the chairs and toys in the garage to use. We’ll definitely be back!

Communication was great, location was great, and property was great! Wonderful time spent at this property. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Location is right next to the pool which was great for the kids who always wanted to get in and out all day! House was clean and well stocked! Lots of pool towels and beach accessories. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic resort and Villa
We have friends that own a condo on the property and have continued to come bavk onve a year as this is the best property in Rock Point. This Villa is roght next to the bar with live music in the evening. We loved the music and the Villa is clean and in good shape.

Great location in wonderful villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our well stocked kitchen and location in the complex. The villa is next door to the bar and pool buy still just a short walk to the beach. Very pleasant.

I stayed here with some friends for a bachelor party. The house was a jaw dropper for us all. Cool architecture and great amenities. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our visit. Having the access to the resort was a bonus for us. We will definitely be back with our families.

Perfect Villa
25 of us at Bella for Fall break. Our unit was by far the nicest. Very clean and well stocked. The kayaks, SUP’s, lawnchairs etc were so nice to have there. Patio is very private and shady. Rooftop patio was great for sunsets. We’ll be back!!!

Perfect Location
This property is in great location and was well equipped for almost every need. We had a group of 9 that included 3 children from ages 2-11 and it was perfect for all of us. The only thing that I was personally bothered with was that the cleaning services did not wash the bedding in one of the master bedrooms, thankfully there is a washer and dryer available in the villa for our use so I was able to take care of that myself although I had to stayed up late to do it since it was noticed at bedtime.

The Villa was more amazing in person than the pictures!
Our family enjoyed all the beach equipment and the kayaks that were included. Plus we weren’t expecting to have extra hair and body products available. Not only that coffee was there...so happy with this place. Sorry I forgot to list the most important it is close to the swim-up bar and pool! The employees were amazing as well. Seriously, this was a fantastic family trip in a beautiful home. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Spectacular!
Awesome! We have stayed at Bella Sirena several times in the past, but this property went beyond our expectations. The property owners provided more than what you would expect a rental to provide, the condo was stocked with amenities as if they themselves were living there on a daily basis. Family that came down from Washington for their first visit to Mexico were totally blown away. Thank you Jim and Heidi for providing them a vacation they will never forget. Chuck!

Amazing better then expected.
The hosts were amazing to start off I want to thank you guys for going above and beyond to make sure our family had a good trip. This room is right distance of the pool. Any questions I had the host responded immediately. The house come with everything needed plus more. We saved money with being able to use the boats and kayaks they had. It was perfect for kids because you can watch them from the room. We were located 2 min from the beach and all the pools. We had an amazing time thank you to the bests hosts!

Perfect stay right on the beach!
It was almost 20 years since I was last in Rocky point. This trip/location was like unlike the places I stayed at in my early 20s! The Villa was equipped with everything you would need and more! My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) shared the home with another family of 4. The room with the 2 queen beds was perfect for the 4 kids with plenty of room and storage. The two master suites was perfect to accommodate our needs with private bathrooms! The location to the pools/bar/beach was perfect. The property was well maintained and beautiful. We had other friends and family stay on the tower condos and those who saw this place all said they would love to splurge for a villa next time! We hope to return to Villa #11 again in the future!

Everything a large family needs and more
Property was beautiful. Both my family and my sister’s family fit perfectly. 2 rooms with their own private bathrooms and 3rd room was plenty large for kids. Kitchen had all appliances and utensils needed to cook if you wanted to. Garage was full of beach supplies and a washer and dryer. Back patio area was great and more private than we expected even though we were right by the bar and pool. Owner was easy to reach if needed. Only issue we had is that wifi was slow. Didn’t need much but if you do then that might be an issue. Location was great beach -wise. Kid had a great time looking for sea creatures in the rocks in the mornings. There is only one restaurant/bar so if you don’t want to cook you have to eat there or leave the property. Overall we enjoyed the property.

We took our kids here to celebrate high school graduating. It was perfect. The kids "actually" wanted to hang out with us because of the fun villa. We started every day at the quiet negative edge pool as we drank coffee and worked on our computers. Afterwards we would go to the beach for the day, which was steps from the Villa. Once happy hour time hit, we would all enjoy some time barbecuing on the patio. Then, it was time to hit the pool where the swim up pool bar & restaurant is. All of the waiters are super funny and love to interact with the guests. The happy hour in the pool is fun and the food is good! We would usually end our night upstairs on the deck or in the jacuzzi. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Heidi was an excellent host! We hope to be back! Thank you!

Beautiful villa stay
This was our first stay back since 2019 n covid and we weren’t disappointed with the villa. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had responses within a few minutes and upon our arrival the house cleaning lady was refreshing our villa n adding clean towels in all bathrooms. The grounds were very well kept and nicely manicured and staff at bar and restaurant are always beyond friendly. It was so nice to see some familiar faces at the bar, ask for Luis Renteria he’s GREAT! My only complaint was at times there was a horrible smell out of the entry bathroom, not that the bathroom was dirty at all it was like from the pipes or sewage smell. Wasn’t a constant smell but was quite strong when it came. You could even smell it out front. But otherwise everything was great, n if I was just rating the owners I would give them 5 plus stars.

Amazing Villa
We’ve stayed at Bella many times and this villa was perfection for us. We had friends and teenage kids in our group and it had everything we needed and more. Unlike other places there’s plenty of dishwashing soap, trash bags, TP. AC worked great. It was clean, inviting and so easy to get in, which is much appreciated after traveling. But the best was dining al fresco on the roof with stunning views, having what seemed like your own personal nightly concert with the pool and band right next door. We could watch and listen from the roof or kitchen. (: Seeing our kids make memories with the kayaks rather than be on their phones, and sipping cold drinks on the patio were our treasured moments. There were even extra beach chairs, a paddle board, and washer and dryer which we didn’t use, but so nice to have access to. The hot tub was cleaned and refilled for us (and worked fabulous), and it’s steps to the beach. TVs worked great (which never seems to happen for us). You can just tell the owners use it and take care of it. Not to mention Heidi was so responsive and easy to work with. We would 100% stay here again if the opportunity arose. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Perfection!
Recently stayed at this villa and the family and I absolutely loved it! The resort is stunning and wonderfully maintained. You can tell that they take pride in their high standards to keep the grounds beautiful for the guests. The villa was absolutely amazing. You receive great communication from the owners from the get go. And when you arrive to the resort, you have absolutely no trouble finding the villa or gaining access inside. I love the location of this villa. It's right next to the pool and pool side restaurant which is super convenient if you want to stay close and not shoot into town. At first you think you'll have to walk far to the beach but the map is super deceiving. It's not far at all. We walked with kayaks and SUP's and were completely fine. The owners provide you with pretty much everything you need! We were thankful to not have to pack a million beach chairs, towels, etc since they provided so many items. They really have you in mind and try to make the trip as simple as possible. There's everything you need in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. I also enjoy this location of the villa versus the others as it looks like all the other villas are squished in. But with the location of the corner and next to the pool, you get great views and perfect amount of sunlight. We had a family of 6 and there was plenty of space. We mostly enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and playing board games or just having nice conversations. I'm really glad I found this location available for our trip and we most definitely plan on staying here again. Thank you Heidi and Jim for allowing us to stay at your amazing villa!
