Amazing Property With An Amazing View!
This 3 bedroom / 3 bath property is beautiful. It has one end unit patio and another smaller patio, both with gorgeous ocean views. It comfortably accommodated our party of 8. You won't be disappointed renting this unit!

OUTSTANDING DECOR & WONDERFULL STAY !!!
Opalo 508 decor is tastfully & proffesionally decorated with contmporary European flare. It is equipped with everything you may possibly need and more. We loved the huge Balcony! with amazing VIEWS! Pillow top mattressess provided restfull sleep and Resort facilities were very well maintained and provided great recreation.

Outstanding Service and Views!
This VRBO surpassed my every hope of what the property would look like! The balcony gives breathtaking views. The rooms are huge and the kitchen has EVERY item you would ever want for cooking. Three bathrooms was such a luxury! We enjoyed being in Phase 1 close to the little market and main office if we needed anything. I hope to make this our repeat vacation location every year!

I stayed here with 6 friends and the condo exceeded my expectations. The condo was very spacious, clean, and updated. The view from the balcony is amazing. The amenities are fantastic and we really enjoyed having access to the pools at all three phases. Elizabeth was great to work with and very responsive. We’ll definitely be returning.

The apartment was very nice and the treatments and accommodations by the hotel staff were great. My only gripes were the horrible tasting drinks at the pool bar and the food at international cuisine night. Both were very sub par for the prices. You can clearly taste the water down drinks served at the pool bar. This is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4 Diamonds.

ABSOLUTLY LUXURIOUS !!!
Opalo 508 is definetly one of a kind CUSTOM CONDO with is't unique contemporary decor and all the extra ameneties that you normally expect at 5 star Resort. This unit has everything you may need and MOORE! just relax in it's Luxury. We loved the HUGE BALCONY with amazing VIEWS and how living room doors open up completely for an Outdoor Feel. Absolutely Stunning!
We loved Las Palomas and the Opaol 508 Condo. The beach was beautiful with ocean water around 80 degrees! The kids had a ball in the many pools. The condo is decorated so beautifully and the kitchen has everything you could ever need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. All 11 of us slept like rocks! The Patio doors open completely so you feel like you are sitting on the beach while watching TV! The most beautiful place we have ever stayed! Thank you!

Great Condo!
This place is very spacious. Lots of room. Everyone gets there own bathroom. Lots of room for dining. Rooms close to elevater so its easy access. My only suggestion for room for improvement would be the living room. Possibly updating it. But that is no deal breaker by anymeans. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

The BEST Appointed Condo in Rocky Point!
The property owner, Elizabeth was incredible with communication making sure we had everything we needed before arrival. Opala D508 was by far the best appointed condo I’ve ever stayed in…. Keurig for pods &/or coffee pot. There was even a huge bag of coffee grounds arrival. The kitchen has spices, foil, plastic wrap, laundry detergent, cleaning products and every kitchen gadget you may ever need. I truly appreciated all the thought that was put into organizing this condo. All appliances were Kitchenaide and worked great. This was a very spacious condo. We had 4 adults and 4 kids/teen in total with plenty of room to relax. The balcony had a wonderful view of the beach property. Thanks for a wonderful vacation over Father’s Day weekend. I highly recommend Opala D508

Beautiful condo!
I am very grateful to have decided to stay at Elizabeth Kudasik’s place among all the others in the list. Beautiful and excellent place. The kitchen was well equipped. It fitted all of us 7adults and 2 kids less than 2. The beds are so comfy. Lots of sitting area. The en suite was remarkable. If ever there is something i can say against it, it may be the fact that one just have to be extra careful (esp if you have kids) because there are lots of beautiful glass made items in the condo. We will defintely book here again and maybe longer this time:)

The property is big and comfortable. All was well functioning. Great location too. It needed more silverware … it was 6 of us and I felt like we were running short all the time. Room cleaning didn’t show up everyday and they basically only pulled up bed covers, but I guess that would be more with personnel review than property.

OK-Needs to major updates
I will start out with the bad. The AC on one side of the property was not working when we checked in. I reached out to the maintenance and the property owner. The property owner said she would email the AC company and never followed up to see if things were working. Maintenance was able to get it running after working on it for several hours. The dishwasher was broken and after calling maintenance again they had to order a new part. There was not a scrub brush to clean dishes so we had to wash dishes by hand with paper towels. These are things that should be checked before having guests check in. The tile floors throughout the property are dirty. The remotes for the TVs did not work. The remote for the main living area would light up and not turn on the TV. We had to turn it on from the back of the TV. There are blue ray players in one of the bedrooms and main area but who brings blue ray movies? I would suggest a Fire Stick or Roku so your guests can stream Netflix etc. The ceiling fans are so loud when turned on from shaking. The fan in the main area is in winter mode going the wrong direction. There is a lack of plugs behind the nightstands to charge a device. There are 3 showers and only 1 of them gets hot, the other 2 are warm at best. The bathtub in one of the bedrooms is missing the stopper so not able to take a bath. The curtains are not black out, so the sun comes in and its so bright. The property needs a lot of updating and maintenance. We were told at check-in there would be house keeping everyday and they came the second day we were there. We provided feedback to the front desk. The great part of the property is the view and the location to the beach. There is a lot of room for a big family and friends. Lots of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer were a great benefit for a family staying for a while. I would recommend staying at this location, but there needs to be some work done like basic maintenance, cleaning, and updating some of the technology as it is very outdated.

There were a few quirks but overall it was a great space. The dishwasher needed repair. Guest services sent up help but a part had to be ordered and was not fixed during our stay. This is understandable since we showed up on Thursday and did not try to use it til Friday There was a weird situation that happed where the heat came on in the middle of the night making sleep time uncomfortable. The staff was great they sent up house keeping to help with the dishes. We had a party of 8 so having a few more chairs on the deck would have be nice. Overall if the few items were fixed I would rent again. Thank you for allowing my family to rent your space.
