Casita de Paz: Cozy casita w/ private beach entrance and views in Las Conchas

This casita features an ocean view and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.--The master bedroom has a queen bed and bath; the other has twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig (just be sure to bring your own Kcups!). blender, toaster and microwave. Other amenities include TV/DVD with satellite, radio, central heating and cooling, fans in all rooms, and a large front deck with patio furniture. In addition, guests have access to a gas barbecue and outside shower, a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez and parking for 2 cars.

Owner requests No Smoking Inside. Pets are allowed with a fee. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Landline is available for guest use.

Casita de Paz is also offered as a wedding venue for an additional $500
Casita de Paz is a versatile wedding venue that offers the luxury of a destination wedding without costing a fortune. This location is centered around a small casita, but the star of the show is its sprawling yard that offers fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez.

Great Location
We rented the Casita, and it was a great location by the beach and near the entrance to the community. The Casita was able to accommodate the family and dog, and they maintained the property well while we were there.

Beautiful
We had a truly lovely stay, just what we were looking for— a quiet place by the ocean to recharge and enjoy nature. The casita sits behind a main house but there’s direct access to the beach and ocean views from the porch. The beach is very clean and the birds and dolphins offer a true spectacle. Staff was kind and responsive. The house was clean and the kitchen had what we needed to cook simple meals. Would certainly come back!

Beautiful porch area with a nice view. The loungers for sunbathing were nice & sturdy. Small store near by and very private area to spend our evenings. The bedroom curtains were a light beige so at night there was light that came in so the staff showed up the next morning a added darker curtains which helped us sleep. Perfect location for small gathering/event. We also liked that the house was in the entrance of Las Conchas and easy access to restaurants and short drive to Malecon.

Beautiful beach property
The casita is beautiful and you can see the beach from your deck. The short walk to the beach is perfect for a nice relaxing vacation. Very quiet property. Peppery was missing shampoo, paper towels, and other basics, but otherwise perfect for a short trip.

Great weekend gateway
Hey, we really loved the property! It was a cute little casita with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was just a short walk to the beach, and our guest house was on the side of the main house. We were right on the front row, and we loved the inner yard with palm trees and some cute landscaping. The whole property has a fence, which was important for us because we had our two dogs with us and we felt safe letting them go outside. There was also a nice outdoor shower. I suggested to the management company that they should upgrade the utensils and cups, and place a few floor mats outside of the house and maybe inside too, so it would be easier to clean up the sand we tracked in from the beach. We loved the property and the management company. Edwin was really helpful. We're planning to come back again soon!

Unfortunately the a/c died and they had their maintenance man there within the hour . We were immediately upgraded to a beachfront property close by as a/c unit needed to be replaced . Mr Chuck and Salma were extremely helpful in this situation. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again !

Incredible location, very relaxing!
This property is steps away from the beach, with several patios to sit and enjoy the view. We really enjoyed being able to have our morning coffee with walks on the beach. The authentic Mexican food delivery was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend taking advantage of the tamales. Very clean place - love the landscape! We will definitely be back!
