The house was built to entertain, without feeling crowded.
The house has 2 master bedrooms with oceanview and private bathrooms. The private bathrooms have granite counter tops and open showers.
They open into a large gathering room with a 25 foot brick dome ceiling, family room and kitchen that looks out on the ocean.
There is a large lower covered patio area and an upper tanning deck.
The four back bedrooms open up on another brick domed family room. The back 4 bedrooms have access to the bathrooms that are between the two bedrooms rooms
(Jack n Jill style) bathrooms on both sides of the family area.
They are large bathrooms with dual sinks granite counter tops and granite showers.
The house has travertine floors with a 5 star resort look.
Like many beach front homes in Mexico the house incorporates solar technology.
It is powered by the sun and a large battery bank. The water is trucked in to fill a large water tank under the garage. It is totally self contained and a backup generator is provided. The house solar which allows us to offer an affordable rate to our guest. We try to limit the number of occupants to 12 because of water and electrical management. We ask that you have a conservative approach when it comes to water and electrical consumption. The Sea of Cortez is not about the house. It is about the enjoying the breath taking beauty of the beach.
It was built for family and friends to get away and have fun. The house is equipped with bocce sets, horse shoes, bean toss, kayaks, fishing equipment and lounge chairs.
In town you will find scuba diving tours, cocktail cruises, deep sea fishing, sports bars, restaurants, shopping and other adventures. This is not San Diego but the Paradise described in many Jimmy Buffet songs. The beach is like a peaceful Corona commercial setting!
