"I have booked the twin bed with private bathroom but hotel did not reserve the room as said in booking instead they have provided room without toilet. They have contacted Expedia but no support provided. I need to choose to stay in other hotels or stay with room without toilet. The hotel staff hotel staff help to find other hotel but not good due to last minutes booking. I Don’t have an option but to stay at factoria Patagonia without bathroom."

"I loved the location. I loved the private bathrooms--though you do have to walk near common area/check in area. I would have liked the option for a space heater in the room rather than keeping door open to share common area heat. I never figured out the enter/exit aspect of the hostel so I always needed someone on staff to let us out."
