"I am so happy that I picked this hotel out of all here in Las Penitas! Location is superb - a walk to the beach and many restaurants and you can eat in the house, as well! The hotel is clean, comfortable and up to date. Run buy the super hostess Catalina who is always there for you - be it arranging a ride, advise on local life, get your clothes washed and more. Plus overdall flexibility. If your spanish is non existent - not to worry, Catalina speaks english. Highly recommended. "

"It would have been a good stay but the room the walls were dirty nasty and the club the music was so loud we barely were able to sleep music was every night until 6 am the staff was very attentive and great I don’t think I would stay there again"

"This hotel is located about 2.5 hours from Managua. It has a private beach that is amazing, secluded, warm water, great waves for surfing, and wonderful sunsets. "We loved the location because we could walk just about anywhere. There is a nice dining and shopping area near by as well as the Central Park and church. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful! The only reason why I gave it less stars is because the property’s bed arrangement in the 4 bed units, it felt tight and also it can use some upgrades. Also we were unlucky with the room facing the street and it got very loud. "

"We had a wonderful time. The house was not super fancy but it was very functional, clean, and in the perfect location for peace and quiet. We were right on the beach, which we had all to ourselves the whole time. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and sitting around a campfire in the evening. I especially liked that there were screens on the windows and fans so that we could sleep without AC and listen to the ocean at night. Definitely recommend to others!"
