"My wife and I had an amazing time. We really loved it! Sandra and her team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We were fed well and the food was amazing! They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. When you stay here, you help them with their mission to protect the Amazon rainforest. Alejandro was an amazing guide and has a great eye for spotting wildlife. Definitely...

"The only good part about this hotel is the air conditioning in the room. The room was spacious, but we had all kind of bugs, even some very small black insects we found in the morning in our bed. The hot water was lukewarm, the toilet got clogged directly after our arrival, the staff although friendly, could not understand a word in English. A not pleasant experience."

"We loved this Inkaterra property! I debated long and hard between this and Reserva Amazonica, in the end I chose this because it's newer and has wifi. The food here is fabulous, especially considering it's location. All the staff went above and beyond with each interaction. The guides are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There is no pressure for tips from any staff. The only "cons" I noted are: our cocktails weren't great, the margaritas were undrinkable (appeared to be a new person in training)...

"Hotel was nice! Close to the river, convenient place. The service was great. However, the room was not good. Although we asked for non- smoking the room smelled like cigarettes. Also, it seemed the room was recently u der constructions and there were some things out of place. Tv was not working at first and it was replaced."
