"Hotel is nice from outside and at the lobby On a dusty road with sea view but far from city restaurant It has very limited food options inside that must be booked because they have not a real kitchen Rooms are old fashioned. Our room air conditioning did not work properly and they offered an extra fan, rather than proposing to change the room in an empty hotel. Forget SPA… Not worthy even far the price, ci suffering also prices in Puerto Madryn They forgot to charge two coffees at breakfast...

Although the staff did not speak much English, both Isabel and Sergio did a very good job communicating and providing services. Although my room was not that clean -there were lots of hairs in the bathroom and on the bedroom floor upon my arrival - I would still highly recommend this hotel for it's staff and location."
