"A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. There were ample supplies as described on the VRBO site. We were delayed in arriving so, unfortunately we didnt have much time there. S.ome areas on the property (pool area, some hallways) needed work. We knew there was a restaurant on the island and were planning on that for dinner. We didnt bring goceries for one...

"A very comfortable and clean unit. Well furnished and cute decor. Nice view of the bay from the deck. Appreciated the beach bag, towels and chairs! Everything we needed to prepare meals. Perfect for a couple who wanted some R&R. Easy access to beaches. A great little place for produce available down the street. We were met on arrival and given all information we would need for the day. Cookie was very responsive before, and during our time there. She helped us out when we had to extend trip...

"We LOVED staying here. It is VERY clean and had absolutely everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, which was a huge bonus for us. The shower is amazing! Sheets, towels and bedding were super soft and felt great after a long day at the beach. A short walk to local stores and restaurants. The neighbors did play their music somewhat loud during the day, but it was kind of nice and added to the atmosphere. During the evening it was very quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here...

"The phisicalproperty itself is beautiful. 1. Acess to the property was a nightmare.long wait 45in to get in eveytime. The gate guard who has nothing to do with VROB was awesome thank you. If you stay take a video when you get in and when you leave. I was contacted by management asking for the key fob to the pool. We never used the pool it because you would drive out of a secure area into another and have to go through secure acess again unless you walked. "

The apartment it self was awesome perfect size for myself and my guest with a roof top patio for a nice breezy evening meal or bright sunny side breakfast. "This is our second time staying at Enrique's bright, sunny, clean beach getaway and we were are super happy to have stayed here again. Private, clean, a big comfy bed and a gorgeous view for morning coffee or an evening drink. Enrique was super helpful with communication, tips, check-in and more, and we'd definitely stay here again! Cozy and comfy, perfect for a couple!"
