"On paper the villa has everything you need for 10 people. Unfortunately it didn't fully meet our expectations. In general it is a nice villa but it needs a little TLC. There were 5 in our party, using three showers. It wasn't possible for us all to shower before the hot water ran out. Cleaning and fresh linen were only supplied once every seven days. The fridge doesn't have enough shelves and leaks water over the kitchen floor. The pool is OK but has the odd loose tile and some sharp edges. Our...

The villa is in a lovely quiet, residential area, a 10 min walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about 15 mins to play chica beach. "Easy walk to main street in Puerto del Carmen, a bit of a hill on the way back. Lovely quiet villa with sea views. 3 good sized bedrooms and great living space. No bbq although listed as having one. Great washing facilties. Permitted a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Small Supermarket 3 minute walk away."

"This is a lovely villa and is my 3rd time staying but I noticed this time it could do with a makeover. The TV needs to be replaced as there was a line down middle and usually we wouldn't watch Tv on holiday but the Euros were playing. The outdoor patio has loose tiles and the inside of the pool was looking yellow The rooms without air con should have additional ventilation especially the downstairs room - it was stifling Whole villa is looking tired and needs some work done to justify...
