"On paper the villa has everything you need for 10 people. Unfortunately it didn't fully meet our expectations. In general it is a nice villa but it needs a little TLC. There were 5 in our party, using three showers. It wasn't possible for us all to shower before the hot water ran out. Cleaning and fresh linen were only supplied once every seven days. "This is a lovely villa and is my 3rd time staying but I noticed this time it could do with a makeover. The TV needs to be replaced as there was a line down middle and usually we wouldn't watch Tv on holiday but the Euros were playing. The outdoor patio has loose tiles and the inside of the pool was looking yellow The rooms without air con should have additional ventilation especially the downstairs room - it was stifling Whole villa is looking tired and needs some work done to justify...

"Beautiful villa on the eye. Modern and spacious. Clean. Comfortable. 12 adults stayed here for a get together and to enjoy PDC. Strip is only a 7min walk away. Shop close by. Air con is a €1 for a hour. Pool could do with being larger but the grounds limit this. 3 twin rooms and 3 doubles. Shared bathroom on each floor. Recommend this place and we would stay here again."
