All facilities work well stove, wifi, hot water etc. Just need to be aware town has no shops, nearest are 20 min drive down the mountain. Just need to be prepared. "We can say honestly that the villa is immaculate and is the most peaceful of places to spend a holiday. Ursula ensures that you have everything you need to have the perfect break. Man hat dort eine fast komplette Alleinlage. Der nächster Nachbar ist wohl erst in 500 m. So genießt man die große Terasse. "We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. "Lovely apartment, brilliant location, clean and tidy. negatives were limitied kitchen (with regards to self catering), we ate out more than we usually would. Not a proper balcony (which i was aware of before we booked), was on a ground floor apartment, had the doors open to let sunshine and air in and came into the room to find a cat knocking about, and the cleaners congregated outside our bedroom window in the morning before shift started for a good catch up. "Beautifully maintained, clean and tidy gardens, pool areas and communal areas indoors and outdoors. Peaceful but stayed outside of school holidays. Breakfast busy but pretty good variety of choices. Booked a basic Deluxe room which was a decent room but overlooking car park, I’m would like to think that if it wasn’t so busy they would have given me a better outlook."
