"The pools were fantastic. The restaurant was very loud and the food was average. The views were lovely. Overall we wouldn’t stay again due to the restaurant feeling like a big canteen it was relaxing to eat."

"Had a great time, rooms were great with fantastic sea views. Staff were friendly and the food, swimming etc were good. The only feedback I'd provide is the room keys, we had to go to reception daily, to get them unlocked and, no, they weren't near mobile phones."

"Not too far from the city and i had a fantastic day at the animal park, definitely a big hit with kids. Only issue was that there was a bus strike at the time, which meant what i wanted to do in terms of excursions was limited."

Overall it was a wonderful place to visit. Beautiful landscapes and close to the ocean. However, the weather is a bit breezy and cold at times. May need to bring a sweater, jacket or shawl to wear out. Be aware, people smoke everywhere.

The only reason we stayed in Puerto De la Cruz is because family lives nearby. But I would strongly recommend to stay in the south: Adeje, Los Cristianos since the south is sunny and warm. The north tends to be chilly and cloudy.
