Mary and Viviana, our hostesses are very kind, sweet, caring. Guided us and provided useful tips . Mary did recommend we go to a local eatery: Beer Garden where we were totally ignored to the point we walked out. Not her fault though. The ladies are constantly sweeping and cleaning, and always welcome guests in a polite manner and a smile. We witnessed...

"The apartment is nice, but I would never stay again, the mattress were Terrible, super hard I felt sleeping on a rock, the air conditioning in the living room didn’t work, the WIFI a disaster, the towel super old and they only left one toilet paper per bathroom. No washer machine. Not a good experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. "

"Llegamos al lugar, y el lugar no estaba disponible, el dueño se lava las manos, y dice que el problema es de hoteles.com y dice que no es la primera vez, que ya varias veces le ha pasado lo mismo, por lo que les recomiendo nunca reservar en este lugar porque no hay certeza de que su estancia aunque este pagada, este realmenete disponible, y es un problema fuerte cuando eres extranjero."

"La propiedad está en un edificio súper grande de tres torres y 20 pisos, las torres se comunican entre sí, el edificio es muy moderno y lujoso , en el primer piso hay tres piscinas , tres yacuzzis y un innumerable número de sillas , muebles y camas de piscina algunas salas con techo, un sueño , es demasiado grande, tranquilo , mucho personal a disposición de cualquier situación, todo lo tienes en el edificio no tienes q salir a nada, me hospedé 5 días y 4 noches y la verdad fue una experiencia...

"We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

"The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience."
