So to start off it had a musty smell when i first entered into my room looked around didn't s anything wrong. woke up middle of night too use the restroom .roaches baby's big inbred all over crawling under bed small babies running around. Not fair to rent to people with family's or even single. Could not sleep at all after words had place for two days only slept one day in Room. I'd rather take a lots on money to sleep another day in a place like that. Felt like they were crawling on me when trying to relax on the bed but like i said i could do it one night there was bad enough..

I like the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is great. Linens were clean. Other than that the property is filled with broken glass, trash and cigarette buttes and a lot of beer bottle caps and debris. The outside of the room had beer bottle caps all along the sidewalk and empty beer bottles in boxes where the stench of old beer was coming from where there had been a party. Tenants in said rooms of the party were noisy and lacked consideration for the other guests. The bathroom tub faucet was leaking water in a constant stream the bathroom was in bad shape from the walls to the tiles. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water from leaking to the floor. The pool had all kinds of lost things at the bottom of it. I’m guessing it hadn’t been cleaned and the hot tub need to be cleaned as well.

Great staff, working thru construction on property. Parking lot in dire need of repair, lots of potholes. Bathroom very small in comparison to room size and definitely needs renovation - definite problems with caulking and mold around tub shower, wallpaper lifting in shower, barely able to close bathroom door by toilet.

Property was a little rough and dated but served its purpose at a great price. I ended up needing to extend my stay for a couple of days as we closed on our property and they were able to do so easily. I was able to speak with the manager and he was great. Hot tub worked and the pool was refreshing.

This property was like crack motel. Do not go there. Do not even think about going there. It is nasty. The place is nasty. The environment is nasty. It's just not a good place. Expedia did not show that on their property listings when I look through to book my hotel. Very disappointed

There were drug users in the parking lot. We decided not to stay at the property and are currently disputing the charge. It was not up to my standards. I dont understand how you list a property like this on your site.

The walls were dirty in the room. The doors were dirty throughout the building when going to the lobby or the pool. The beds were stained. The lady who checked us in was very nice. But I believe the manager was sitting in the lobby area and he was creepy and not friendly.

Whatever you do don’t stay here. So smelly in the hall ways, smelled like dog poop and overflowing trash. Some windows knocked out and covered with card board. No green space at all with this pet friendly property. I usually never leave a review but wish I would have known.

Staff were amazing. Service was great. Rooms were clean. Sadly though, it didn't feel safe. Couldn't tell the difference between the guests and the homeless. Saw someone carry car parts into rhe hotel. Not small parts but full bumpers and stuff. I didn't see any security cameras anywhere in the back. Dining room was dirty. My husband and I had taken our son to go swimming. He had an amazing time. Thats what mattered most is that he got to enjoy himself.

Straight advice
Place needs help. You need to get rid of the homeless making the place look bad. Overpriced for the price we paid. Cleanliness needs to be priority. We had to ask to get the sheets changed because they were bad. The doors to the main openings were filthy. The help for the breakfast needs to improve. They don't keep up with the people going thru the line in the morning.
