"We booked this stay at about 6:30pm on Hotels.com when our previous plans fell through, and started driving. When we got to the motel at 8:15pm, no one was in the office. We opened our confirmation email and saw that the office closed at 8pm and if we were going to be later, we needed to let them know ahead of time.
