"Good stay. Had an issue with the room which manager/owner attended to promptly and in satisfactory way. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Hotel rooms are clean yet could use some update and repair. Staff is welcoming. "

They should get in touch with Laundrette and bus company across the road to arrange to cut the tree down to give you unspoilt views of the volcano. Would defo stay here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indomito. Decorated in natural wood and Indigenous art it felt very much a part of the Pucon experience. Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great. The price was well below what I would have expected for such a hotel."

"The Lake Lodge is fantastic. The rooms are to a very high spec with floor to ceiling views over the lake from every single one. The grounds, pool and common areas (including a rooftop area for star gazing) are similarly well appointed. Breakfast is delicious - made fresh for you from high quality ingredients. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend. The lodge is a short drive from the town so you are guaranteed peace and tranquillity for your stay. "
