"We very much enjoyed our stay at Cabin 3. The cabin was clean and had a older cottage charm (it reminded me of my grandma's house). We loved the access to the lake, as did our dogs. For any dog owners there are 2 dogs next door. Because of some stronger winds, we didn't end up using the firepit. We 100% plan to stay here again. "

"Great stay for mom and adult son visiting with family in the Houghton Lake area. Our bedrooms were well divided, so one of us staying up late wasn’t disruptive to the other. The suite was spotless, the beds comfortable and the towels soft. Strong WiFi signal. Very quiet location, yet close to town."

"I stayed at this cozy clean cabin over Labor Day weekend with my family. The cabin was close to the boat launch. There were breathtaking views of the sunsets and clear skies for viewing the stars at night. The host went above and beyond supplying snacks and coffee firewood and much more!We didn’t lack anything on this trip."

"Close to canoe rental and the Au Sable. Place had everything needed. Would’ve been exceptional is there was more deck furniture and the deck painted. Need a new grill as well. Overall the place was great!"

This house was the perfect location (close to everything we needed to see and just down the street from some relatives). The house was stocked with everything we potentially needed, and the views were so pretty. Would stay again if back in the area."
