Really unique spot
This was a great spot for our family of two parents and 4 adult kids. Views are amazing, family room is a great gathering spot, furniture and beds are comfortable. Nice decor.

Wonderful west end apartment with stunning views
Stayed here with 2 teens, spouse, and grandparent. The apartment is spacious and light and was the perfect setting for our week in Provincetown. Views of the bay are stunning. The hosts are friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with basics (and believe me we have stayed at some sparsely stocked kitchens in Ptown). Great setting for a truly relaxing trip.

Ptown Christmas
Another great stay in Ptown! This was our third stay at the listing and it was perfect! Enough space for us all and right on the water for some beautiful sunrises. The hosts were fabulous and I’d recommend the spot to anyone!

A fantastic place in Ptown
Just back from a wonderful week in Ptown. This apartment overlooking Flyers boatyard was perfect…centrally located, spacious (easily sleeps eight), nice baths and kitchen. The owner and his wife were gracious and checked in occasionally to be sure we had everything we needed. I would be very happy to rent this apartment again next summer!

Large roomy 4 bedroom apartment in the middle of a working boatyard. Well equipped and just beautiful. Views galore, 2 outside decks and parking. Convenient Provincetown location, on the bay beach side. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. Loved the apartment.

It has two flights of stairs up to the apartment but the view is worth it. We had off and on rainy weather but there was plenty of room and interesting activity around the boat yard and bay to keep us entertained.

Such a hidden gem!
The property is tucked back just off of the main drag in Provencetown. Perfect location to everything, but because its tucked back on the dock it has the most stunning view from almost every room. Just sitting in the living room watching the sunset is worth it alone. Beds are comfortable, house was very clean and well stocked. Could not have asked for anything better.

Magical setting
This location, perched like a treehouse over a boatyard, wharf and sandy beach is about as central to the town as you could want. The apartment is large and bright, though the 2 bathrooms are in need of a facelift. Be prepared for an on-premise owner.

Another wonderful Holiday in PTown
This is a remarkable property with views that alone are worth the investment! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils, and the seating was more than adequate for 8 related adults. It's a great spot far enough from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street to be quiet, yet connected. A sort walk to everything, this is an ideal spot in the West End. Many thanks to our host, and given that holidays in PTown are fast becoming a tradition for our crew, we'll certainly see if the property is available again in 2021!

Our Holiday Home!
This is now the second year we've enjoyed Christmas at the Boat Yard. Our host was extraordinarily gracious, permitting us to get in early, checking to make sure our drive was OK (weather), and even bringing us some flashlights when the power in Provincetown was completely knocked out. The space is always very clean and well appointed, and we never have a need for utensils, etc., as we always cook our holiday meal there. The view alone makes it all top shelf. You simply cannot find a more wonderful spot for 4 couples in Provincetown. We look forward to next year already.

Amazing wrap around view!!!
Terrific view and interesting location above a working shipyard and walking distance to the center of ptown. Noise from the shipyard could be a problem for some. The apartment was spacious and well appointed but I wouldn’t call it a “luxury” unit as described in the listing. There was no soap or shampoo available but the landlord graciously got some soap for us. There was no high chair as had been noted in the listing and the grill was on the same floor as the landlord’s unit and not the floor of the listed unit. The unit was great overall except that we twice saw the landlord peering through the glass door when he thought we weren’t in the unit which made us all feel quite uncomfortable.

Boats, beach, water, sand, fresh air and in town, but buffered from neighbors.
Overall this is a great property and presents as indicated. The unit is clean and well maintained. It's literally in a boat yard with great water and beach views. Wonderful air flow, morning sunrises and easy in town parking. The owner of the unit, who lives below, communicates easily and minds his business. He even worked with us to accommodate a late change and a technical glitch (both out of his control). Everything worked out fine and benefited both parties. The unit is on the third floor and requires carrying personal belongings up two flights of stairs, but two sets of staircases gives easy access to water activities, beach and the parking lot. It is really nice to have a dedicated parking space in town, since parking can otherwise be difficult. The unit is in a boat yard and slightly segregated from other units. While I imagine the boat yard is usually mildly active, it is a working yard, with early morning activities from boat rentals, trash collection, street sweeping and deliveries. During our specific stay the yard was alive daily (weekdays) with construction, steel clanking, metal cutting & welding, reverse beepers and deliveries. I'm guessing this was a fluke and not the norm. The yard is active with workers, tourists and locals each day and therefore the privacy is limited, although the unit is well above the activity. The unit feels secure. The AC units all seemed to work, but mostly we had the windows and doors open and airflow was plentiful. The internet worked well and satisfied all technical needs. The TV/ cable is not the center of focus, but provides a connection to the outside world, if you so desire. The location of the unit is second to none. We rarely needed our car to go anywhere, as most everything is in walking distance. While Province town is pet friendly, the Commercial street area is lacking and green space to walk the dogs and this unit provides no grass for this business. The beach however is literally at the bottom of the steps and is a suitable place to walk the dog. Overall the unit is great! We are an early rising family w/ tween and teen children. We enjoyed the early morning sunrises and the quiet evenings, separate from the adult themed parties taking place along the beach a few units away. We thoroughly enjoyed the morning and daytime access to Commercial Street activities, while also enjoying the relative buffer between us and the night time activities, affording us relative peace and quiet.

The views from this property are incredible! The location is central to the downtown, yet removed from the regular hustle and bustle. Easy access to t-dance at the Boastslip yet on a quiet end of Commercial St The home had all that we needed to have an amazing time in Provincetown

Ocean for days!
Our girl’s trip was about reconnecting. The place was perfect. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants so we could wander in and out without the need to plan which for six busy moms was an incredible gift. Talking in the living room we were surrounded by ocean views - stunning!
