A perfect destination home for a fall/winter getaway. If you are looking for a long-term or short-term fall / winter rental, Oasis House is ideal! Pool opens May 15 and closes October 15. Set on a bluff overlooking Provincetown Harbor, the Provinceland dunes, and downtown Provincetown make this the perfect setting to enjoy the quiet offseason and the beautiful views. The double-sided wood-burning fireplace burns in both the living and ding rooms making every night a cozy one. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub under the stars and the redwood sauna. New for 2024, Samsung 55" Frame TV, The Primary bedroom features a steam shower. The 25-foot kitchen is perfect if you plan on cooking, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens, a griddle, a grill, and 2 refrigerators as well as everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For anyone working at home, the WIFI is very strong in every room in the house and even at the pool! The grocery store is just a few miles away and downtown is just over a mile. A little piece of paradise

Perfect 4th of july
Ted was very helpful and friendly. His place has everything you need to enjoy and entertain friends and family. Location is great! Hot tub and pool make for fun at the home. Outside decks and views are so peaceful and relaxing. We could take our french bulldog with us too which was also a plus for us! The steam shower was a nice treat to relax. Highly suggest Ted ans his wonderful home!

Fantastic stay, great house
The photos of this house really do not do it justice. The living room, dining room and kitchen are flooded with light and have wonderful views of the water and dunes. The entire property was spotless, including the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Ted is a wonderful host/owner and the house is just as special. There were fresh flowers and chocolates in every room. Our group of 7 adults enjoyed our stay in P-Town and the property was the perfect choice for us.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very lovely with amazing views of both the dunes and ocean. Great location with trail leading to the beach. As much as we enjoyed eating out, we also enjoyed using the kitchen for homemade meals. The pool and hot tub were great to relax in. The house was a vacation in and of itself.

Perfect Family Reunion

Property Great - Vrbo mediocre
There was a mix up with the reservation confirmation number. Two days prior to check in Vrbo confirmed to the property host that the renter did not make the payment in actuality the payment was received in full at least one month prior to check in. This was very disturbing to me until the host was able to settle the matter with Vrbo. The host recovered the situation and I dealt directly with the host going forward. The property setting was outstanding as well as the comfort of the beds and linens chosen. Great place to wind down with lots of amenities. Thank you! Jim

A PERFECT EXPERIENCE!
My husband and I rented this property for our friends to join us for his 40th birthday vacation and it was the best decision!! What a gem!! You won’t regret making this decision. The property was exactly as described and while the pictures are beautiful, it is much better in person. The perfect Provincetown house
This is an amazing house with spectacular views from all directions. The house was immaculate and featured great decks and porches, a heated pool hot tub and sauna and an incredible kitchen with a restaurant quality stove, two dishwashers and two refrigerators. It was the best house possible for our family of 6 adults, two children and two dogs. There are four large bedrooms for privacy and ample common spaces indoors and outside. Ted is a very thoughtful and responsive home owner and host. He gave us a personal tour when we arrived and answered texts immediately.

Best location that feels like you are in total seclusion on a tropical island: Treat yourself!
This house would be gorgeous anywhere and you truly do not have to leave the property with all the amenities of the pool, hot tub, sauna or just enjoying the view! Further, its location, close to the beach or an enjoyable bike ride or quick drive to downtown Provincetown, is just perfect. The house is well designed with lots of space, inside and out, and is beautifully furnished with artwork and decor. Not to mention the amazing flora that makes you feel like you are on a tropical island. Ted was available for questions and gave great advice. We will be back.

Dream Ptown Home Away from Home
This property is absolutely fantastic! The views alone would be worth the price, but the amenities, location, and cleanliness make it a rental you really will never want to leave. Ted was incredibly helpful and communicative, gave some great recommendations for around Ptown, and was very respectful of our privacy. My husband and I were there for a getaway with just us and the dog (dog friendly!) but next time we might bring a group because all four bedrooms are great and the house common areas are so spacious. Plus the kitchen, dining room, and outdoor spaces are perfectly set up for a gathering. Book it early, you won't regret it! (And it'll definitely sell out)
