Renovated Luxury with Large Salt Water Heated Pool

ESCAPE TO TRANQUILITY after a busy day in town or at the beach in this renovated garden/terrace level poolside 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment with high 9 foot ceilings.
We are not a "premiere" property on VRBO as most of our rentals are repeat guests. You will live on a quiet residential street, but a 10-minute walk or even shorter bike ride will put you on the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod Bay, and in the middle of the great restaurants and shops on Commercial Street. The center of town is a picturesque 20 minute walk either along the water or through quaint residential streets.
Amenities include a luxurious marble bathroom with rain shower, 2 Queen size beds, gourmet kitchen, 2 ice makers, WI-FI, HD Cable TV in living room and both bedrooms, central air, washer/dryer, a comfortably appointed living room, dining table for four, and a covered porch.
You will have a private entrance with access to the yard, parking for 2 cars, and use of your own (not shared) KitchenAid gas grill.
Don't want to go to the beach? Our beautiful 20x40 heated pool with comfortable outdoor chaise lounges, cushions and deck furniture is right outside your door. Basketball? We have a hoop. THERE ARE ONLY TWO RENTALS IN THIS PROPERTY. Owners reside in the top two levels of the house. The other rental unit is equally as beautiful BUT is NOT listed so please inquire as to availability. Both units are connected and can be rented simultaneously for a party of 8. Non smoking unit and no pets please.

P-Town Oasis!
A lovely property with even lovelier hosts. We happened to be the only tenants this past week - so we had the gorgeous pool all to ourselves. It’s a secluded space and where you really feel at home. They even had pool floats for us, it was perfect for our boys (ages 8 & 9). The location is great - close walk to town, quick ride to the beaches and bike trails in the national park. Ron and Bill were so kind and helpful - I can see why families come back year after year.

We loved the quiet and ease of this unit and the pool was fantastic. The setting is wonderful, in a wooded, almost hidden enclave. We lacked for nothing. Ron & Bill were great hosts and easily accessible and their dogs are sweetie pies.

The absolute BEST - Don't miss out!
A pool in Cape Cod is a rarity. A pool in Provincetown is even rarer. And this unit is not just poolside, it is also in walking distance to downtown Commercial Street on a quiet, beautiful, private street. I can't say enough good things about this property, the owners, the location and the amenities. We are planning to return next year and hopefully for many years to come. Don't hesitate to book!

So worth it !
Owners are very friendly, pleasant, accommodating. The property is well maintained and spotless. Truly loved the modern kitchen and bath. The location is great - 5 min drive to Herring Cove Beach, 15 min walk to East End Beach and about 10 min (maybe less) drive to Commerce street. My kids (9 yr old and 16 yr old) really enjoyed spending time in the pool (had access to floaties and pool toys). Overall a FUN time for the whole family.

Perfect vacation! (reluctantly sharing this secret gem!)
I just don’t want to share how perfect this house is! Bill, Ron, Ethel & Eleanor are the perfect hosts. Rooms, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean and bigger than the pictures show; everything we needed was available for our two weeks there. They even recommended a sitter so we could have a few date nights. Washing machine, dishwasher, full-size oven, enormous fridge freezer and coffee machine made vacationing with kids so much easier. The location is QUIET which is such a gift. Only a couple mins walk to East End Market and a kids playground. The Mews is 10 mins walk even for little legs. I’m a new fan of the East End! Stop & Shop and liquor store are a short drive away. Pool toys and towels are abundant, the large pool area is easy to socially distance safely when both apartment guests are there. Beds were comfortable too. We will be back… just don’t take my weeks, okay!?

Oasis in PTown
Listing exactly as described. Clean, comfortable well appointed. Hosts were lovely and gracious. My children enjoyed the pool and the basketball net throughly. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to walk to the east end.

This property has everything you need! They are fully stocked with all kitchen appliances, has a beautiful pool, and very accommodating owners. Walking distance to Commercial Street and a short drive to grocery stores. This property is meticulously maintained with incredibly comfortable sheets!!! Highly recommended.

Everything you could want
If you want to be able to have your own oasis from town with easy beach access, this is it. Easily walkable to the center of town too, we did it twice a day. One for morning and early afternoon activities, back for a siesta, then out again for nightlife. What a great week, thank you to our hosts Ron and Bill.

We were personally greeted and welcomed when we arrived. There were fresh flowers on the counter and everything was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and glasses. Towels, beach towels, and bedding were provided. This was our third summer in PTown and having a pool this time was great for relaxing. The location was on the East end of town and very private, quiet, and luxurious. The owners were very friendly and nice to visit with. It was a most enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Thank You Ron and Bill!

Stay was amazing. The place was exceptionally clean, great finishes, and amazing pool. It was close enough to walk into town. The hosts were so nice and and very friendly and helpful. they left you alone but were there if you needed them. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Great fit for our family
Our family of 4 loved staying in this quiet spot in P-town. Very clean with with nice finishes. The pool was a hit with the kids! Easy walk down the hill to a nice playground and bodega. Short walk into town. We are already looking forward to heading back next summer. The hosts were kind and welcoming.

Fantastic Condo

Fantastic rental
We had a wonderful time. We have rented many places over the years and this rental had it all. The location was great, close to the beach and Commercial st. It was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed. The salt water pool was fantastic. My kids loved swimming in it after coming home from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful space to spend your vacation in Provincetown / Cape Cod.
Ron and Bill were gracious host in this beautiful space hidden away in the eastern end of Provencetown. Clean and well supplied, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Looking forward to spending more time here in the near future!

My wife, infant son and I spent a lovely week in Bill and Ron's home. The unit is a very clean two bedroom basement apartment. We were impressed by the modern furnishings and kitchen. We made use of the heated swimming pool and enjoyed hanging out on the deck. Bill and Ron were very kind and helpful hosts. They came to greet us when we arrived and made us feel more than welcome.

I recently vacationed with my family and stayed in Unit 1 of the property. We found the recently renovated condo to be more than adequately furnished with all accommodations needed. The property is very private and we enjoyed the use of the pool and patio. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and laundry was available which was great with small children. We did rent a car for our convenience, but Uber was available. Taxis were very expensive!!!! Ron and Bill were excellent hosts and very helpful with suggestions and information. I would definitely book this property again!!!!!

Beautiful, quiet, and comfortable stay in Ptown!
We were so happy with our stay here in Ptown. This was our first visit and we were very happy that we chose this unit. It was the perfect size for our family of three and was in the perfect location. It was a short walk to all of the best restaurants and shops and had a nice park nearby for our 2 year old to play at. The owners are so nice and helpful. The pool was a great added bonus and even though it was too cold to swim it was nice to sit by to drink our morning coffee. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Great find
Great space, very modern and clean, and with almost private pool. Only down side is it's a little far from the action and everyone else in ptown. While it's not technically that far its just far enough to make you double think going out or forcing you to be reliant on cabs when heading back. Owners are very pleasant and there when I need them and not checking on you constantly . Would definitely recommend it to people familiar enough with ptown to know what they are signing up for with the distance

Great location, amazing pool, wonderful living space
Ron greeted us when we arrived and made sure that we were enjoying our stay throughout the week. My kids loved the large pool, and my wife and I loved the kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ice maker in the fridge, cooking utensils, a nicely sharp chef's knife, and quality appliances. The two bedrooms were decorated very nicely and the beds were comfortable. The rain style shower head was also a big hit with the family. The location is very walkable to the Commercial Street area where the restaurants and entertainment can be found.
