We had the best week staying at this beautiful home ! Being able to walk to the beach and being a short drive from the center of Chatham and Harwichport made it even better ! The owners were very helpful with any questions we had leading up to our stay. Would definitely stay here again !

Perfect stay!!!
We have rented many houses all over the Cape and this by far was the best!! The house was so comfortable, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there was a great amount of space. The neighborhood and walk to the beach was lovely. I highly recommend this house!

Great family time in Chatham
Our family had a wonderful time at this home. Walkable to the beach, but on a quiet street. Convenient drive to all of the amenities in Chatham. Great home.

Fantastic house and very spacious
Our family had a wonderful time in Chatham! The house was very clean and spacious for a family of 6. Each upstairs bedroom had a walk-in closet and the kids beach toys were a nice touch. We plan to come back and stay again :)

Another great summer!
My family had another great stay at this property! The kids enjoyed playing in the front yard and we all loved the easy beach access. The house was clean and stocked with all necessities - especially for feeding little kids! Great neighborhood with lots of kids and friendly faces - we can’t wait to return again!

Perfect Vacation
Beautiful home! Clean and well equipped with all necessary essentials. Had more than enough room for 7 adults and 2 children. Neighborhood was very nice and we all enjoyed walking and riding our bikes to the beach! Highly recommend this beautiful home for vacation!

Great place to stay for weekend getaway
This property was perfect for my group of friends wanting a getaway from the city. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient location to the beach and downtown Chatham. Could not recommend it enough!

Ridgevale Beach
Big, clean Chatham property. Walk to beach was 15 minutes, up and down some hills, so we bought a beach pass which was worth it. Nice front porch for morning coffee. For four adults and one child, we had plenty of room and a great week stay.

THE PERFECT HOLIDAY HOUSE
Everything about this property was lovely from the hosts, the house, the beach, the location and the weather! It was our first time at this house but it will not be our last. John and Alexia are very thoughtful and kind and made us feel at home right away. They provide everything you could possibly need for a holiday. It’s so quiet and peaceful and you can walk to the beach. I’d call it a slice of heaven on earth! ❤️

Little treasure is an entirely appropriate title for this listing
Adorable, charming, duplex-style cottage/apartment, beautifully decorated, perfect location, has everything you need. The 4 PM check-in and 9 AM check-out are a bit tricky and yet I guarantee you will love the actual property and location.

The perfect family stay near the best family beach in Chatham!
We had a wonderful time at this rental! The house is very spacious and clean. The large basement was perfect for the kids and there was a great open flow between the kitchen and living room for entertaining. Such a picture perfect neighborhood to walk around as well! Ridgevale beach is a short walk away and they are the only beach in Chatham with a snack bar for the kids, big plus! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great beach house for adults and kids!
My family just spent a wonderful week at this property. Not only was the house clean, it was spacious and accommodating for children. The beach is a short drive or walk away and is the perfect beach for young kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and filled with friendly owners and renters. The distance to the town of Chatham and to the beach can’t be beat. We hope to return next summer!

Summer Vacation 2021
We had a great time at this home. It was centrally located and in walking distance to Ridgevale Beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a nice deck with a patio set and a weber grill if you prefer to eat in. We would definitely go back!

Fun time!
We were very happy with our experience renting the Chatham house. Everything from booking to communication about check in, to check out was easy. The house is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and easy drive to various parts of the cape. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would rent again.

This was our second year renting this vacation home, and it was as hood as the first time. The house is as nice as pictured, clean, has all the fixtures you need. Plenty of supplies and disposable kitchen and bath needs. John was very responsive to our messages.

Fun Beach Stay
We enjoyed our stay near Ridgevale Beach in Chatham. The location close to this child friendly beach (with snackbar), walkable by 4 and 6 year old was great. Kids enjoyed basement playroom, we (grandparents) enjoyed ground floor bedroom/bath with the rest of the family on the second floor. House was clean, cheerful, well equipped, nice front porch for sitting. Close drive to School House Ice Cream, Marion's Pie Shop, Pisces Restaurant, and easy drive to town. Great house, great hosts!

Great place for a trip with extended family.
We recently booked a week here for a trip with some extended family including and infant and a toddler and had an excellent time. The house was large enough that everyone could spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other but had a large kitchen and dining room table that was great for family meals. The house is a short walk from the beach, but the beach also had convenient parking available which made it easy to transport all of the gear needed for a beach day with small children. There were also a variety if great restaurant options nearby. I'd definitely book again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot for a family trip.

Couldn't Ask for More!
A house that's beautiful and still very comfortable in walking distance to the beach was the perfect vacation for our family. The house was immaculate and had plenty of space inside and outside for 6 adults - my husband, myself, 2 grown daughters and their significant others. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking to spend time in Chatham and look forward to returning in the future! Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making this a memorable stay!

Great family vacation rental
Besides being very clean, everyone was very happy with their bedrooms. Beds were super comfortable. In the past it seemed someone in our family would have to settle for a bedroom that was small or not situated the best. This one all three bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was very big and open. The owners were very prompt in answering questions. We will definitely rent this house again!

Great home in a very quiet neighborhood in Chatham
This is a great family home with lots of space in a great area of Chatham. The house is very clean and fully equipped. We were all adults but a great place for families with small children. Just wish I had a chance to use all the beach items. The communication with John was excellent with everything you need to know about the home. We just might have to go back!!
