Great stay. Small space, but well planned out and well-appointed. Perfect for the 2 of us. Loved the little deck outside for afternoon refreshments after the beach. Located just off Commercial St. and a five minute drive from Herring Cove Beach.

This was a great place to say, clean and updated unit in a convenient location to everything. One parking space available directly in front of the unit was very convenient. Robert was a great host, very responsive in any communication I had with him. Highly recommend this space to a single or couple looking for a nice clean space in ptown.

Excellent Location
Not only is the property beautifully appointed, featuring paintings & photos from local artists, but it’s steps away from the bustle of Commercial Street and provides easy access to Route 6 for trips to Herring Cove or Race Point Beaches. The owner was very responsive during our stay and offered extensive recommendations for local restaurants and services. On-site laundry is also very convenient. Highly recommended.

Owner was easy to communicate with. Location was very good. Place was exactly what we were looking for. The one problem is the bed needs work or replacement. Looks like it is a Platform type bed whose middle support is the high point

A Marvel of Compact Design
This place is a marvel of compact design, like living on a sailboat: so much packed so comfortably into a small space, all handsomely outfitted, and just a few steps to one of the town’s best coffee shops! And you couldn’t ask for a more attentive and responsive host. Only drawback: no view.

5C Winthrop Review
We enjoyed staying at 5C Winthrop. The location was ideal, the space was more than adequate and just the right size for the 2 of us. Communication with the owner/landlord was excellent. The only suggestions we would offer are more towels, a shelf over the headboard to place items overnight such as a bottle of water, phone, keys etc and non-slip runner carpets. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Early Fall Getaway
We have been coming to PTown in the fall for the past 7 years and have found our new favorite place to stay. The location couldn't be beat. Steps to everything, but on a quiet side street that felt tranquil. The condo is tastefully decorated with local art and had everything we needed for a perfect and comfortable stay. The owner was great to work with. We even mentioned that we had planned a whale watch and he had a small pair of binoculars delivered to us to use. We are looking forward to a longer stay next fall when we have more time. Don't pass up this gem!

Amazing Stay!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Provincetown, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! My partner and I stayed here for memorial day weekend and this place checked all the boxes! From the beautiful condo to the amazing host and perfect location, everything about my experience was top-notch. The condo was stunning. The attention to detail in its design and decor was evident throughout the space. Equally impressive was the host, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Rob was well prepared with the perfect amount of communication before, during and after. He was always available to assist with any questions or requests I had. Even the neighbors were kind and greeted us with a warm welcome. Lastly, The location was key, we parked our car and didn't need to use it again, everything was all within walking distance. I cannot recommend this place enough. The beautiful condo, amazing host, and perfect location created a truly unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, hospitality, and convenience, this is the perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

P-town Holiday
Robert’s property is located in an absolutely perfect spot. Parking is provided. Heads up. Spacing for your auto is tight. Your bed is half a block off Commercial St which ensures privacy and lack of noise. The nicely appointed space is adequately sized for two guests. If I had to nitpick, my preference would have been for a firmer mattress. You would have to search long and hard to find a spot offering more for your dollar than Robert’s place.

When checking in I found the property had not been cleaned. After contacting the host he immediately contacted the cleaning company and they were there ASAP. He also gave me a generous refund for our inconvenience. Definitely would stay again if available. Awesome location.

Great location (with parking!)
The unit had major advantages and also minor liabilities. The greatest advantage was its location just off Commercial Street, no more than 10 minutes walk from the piers, shops, and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything - the Pilgrim Monument, shopping, eating, people-watching, whale-watching. It also was one of the few rentals that close to the center that also had a parking space. The amenities had been updated - large recent refrigerator, gas stove, excellent TV, responsive heating/cooling unit, shared washer and dryer available. (Very trivial - there was an iron but we never found an ironing board.) The host (Rob) was excellent - helpful, friendly, sending detailed information in advance, answering our calls on the first ring. Liabilities: One liability we had thought of as an advantage - the unit is on the first floor, which means fewer stairs - but first floor raises privacy issues. We felt we had to keep the blinds down. There is no view at all anyway - only parked cars on both sides. The location (with parking) made up for a lot. Rob made up for a lot. Perhaps "lack of view" and "street-level unit" could profitably be added to the VRBO description.
